Midtopia Tour Managers are the glue that hold artist tours together by liaising between artists and venues.
Duties / Responsibilities:
-Review all contracts & riders (both tech and hospitality, ensuring they are accurate and up to date prior to a tour announce
-Collect all contracts for the tour at least 14 days prior to tour
-Advance each show at least 14 days prior to tour
-Share up to date tech & hospitality riders w/ venue when advancing
-Ensure all venue contacts have been input into the tour routing sheet
-Reserve transportation and accommodations needed prior to tour
-Verify production needed is available at the time of tour
